How it works
Very small amounts of a thin, non structural hyaluronic acid are placed just under the surface in a grid across the whole area. Rather than lifting or filling, the product holds water in the skin and stimulates the fibroblasts that produce collagen. The result is skin that looks better lit and less papery, without any change to shape.
Typical course
Two or three sessions four weeks apart, then every six to nine months.
Who it is not suitable for
Not used if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, over active infection or inflamed skin, or if you have a known hyaluronic acid sensitivity. Not the right choice if what you want is volume or lift.

Questions people ask
How is this different from Profhilo?
The idea is the same and the products differ in how they spread and how they are placed. Profhilo uses five fixed points per side and disperses widely. Skin boosters are placed in a grid across the area, which allows more precise targeting of, say, just the under eye.
Will it fill my lines?
It softens fine surface lines by hydrating the skin around them. Deeper folds need a structural product, and we will tell you which you are actually dealing with.
How soon can I go out?
The bumps are visible for a few hours and gone by the next morning for most people. Bruising, if it happens, is the part that can take a week.
