1 Frith Street, Soho, London W1D 3JP
Finding us
The clinic is on the first and second floors at the north end of Frith Street, a minute from Soho Square. The street door is black, set back slightly, and there is no shopfront, so the thing to look for is the number rather than a sign.
By tube
- Tottenham Court Road, five minutes. Leave by the Soho Square exit, cross the square and Frith Street runs south from the far corner.
- Leicester Square, six minutes, up Charing Cross Road and left along Romilly Street.
- Piccadilly Circus, nine minutes.
- Oxford Circus, twelve minutes, which is the one to use if the Central line is out.
By bus and rail
- Buses along Charing Cross Road stop two minutes away, and those along Shaftesbury Avenue about the same.
- Tottenham Court Road station has the Elizabeth line, which puts Paddington at about seven minutes and Liverpool Street at about six.
- Coming in by train, Euston and Kings Cross are both a single stop plus a short walk. Waterloo is quicker on the Northern line than it looks on a map.
Driving, which we would talk you out of
Frith Street is one way and there is no parking on it that you can use. The nearest car parks are on Newport Place in Chinatown and off Poland Street, both about eight minutes on foot, and both expensive by the hour in a way that makes the tube look sensible.
The Congestion Charge applies here. It runs Monday to Friday from the morning through to early evening, and on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays from midday to early evening, with an exempt period between Christmas and New Year. The daily rate changes, so check the current one on the Transport for London site before you travel rather than trusting a figure printed on a clinic website. The Ultra Low Emission Zone covers this address as well, and that is a separate charge if your vehicle does not meet the standard.
Blue badge holders can park in some of the bays on the surrounding streets. The rules differ by borough boundary within a few hundred metres here, so ring and we will tell you what is currently true rather than what was true last year.
Arriving
Come ten minutes before a consultation and five before a treatment. There is a short flight of steps inside the street door and then a lift, so if you are cutting it fine you will not save time by hurrying.
Reception is on the first floor. There is water, there is somewhere to leave a coat, and there is no music, which people either love or find unnerving.
What the building looks like
Four storeys, brick, sash windows, with a print shop at street level and a black door to its left. The buzzer panel has four buttons. Ours is the second one down and it says Frith Medispa. If you are standing in front of a glass shopfront with a lit sign, you have gone too far south.

Access, in detail
- Street door: one threshold of about 90mm, clear opening 810mm. We can put a portable ramp down if you tell us when you book.
- Lift: 1000mm by 1250mm car, 800mm door, serving reception and both treatment floors.
- Accessible toilet on the first floor, with a horizontal grab rail and an emergency cord that reaches the floor.
- Two treatment rooms take a wheelchair with room to transfer. Say when you book and we will allocate one.
Assistance dogs are welcome anywhere in the building. The laser suite has a door interlock and a light that means you should not walk in, which is worth knowing if you are being led.
If something about the building would make a visit difficult, ring before you book rather than after. Most of it we can work around, and the things we cannot, we would rather tell you on the phone. The accessibility page covers the website itself.
