Cellulite Treatment
Combined vacuum, radiofrequency and massage work on the dimpling on thighs and buttocks.
From £120Mechanical roll and suction massage for texture, circulation and stubborn areas.
A motorised head with two rollers and gentle suction lifts and folds the tissue as it moves across the skin. That repeated mechanical stimulation increases blood and lymphatic flow locally and works on the connective tissue rather than on the fat. It is a physical treatment with no heat, light or needles involved.
Ten to twelve sessions, twice weekly at first, then fortnightly.
Not used over active infection, deep vein thrombosis, recent unhealed surgery, or areas with undiagnosed lumps. Tell us about any anticoagulant medication before we start.
Every treatment here is assessed at consultation first. This list covers the common reasons we would not proceed, and it is not exhaustive. Bring your medication list and tell us about anything you are being treated for.

Often yes, but only with written clearance from your surgeon and once the wounds are fully healed. It is frequently used for softening scar tissue and reducing residual swelling.
